Meet Chelsea

Growing up, Chelsea always had an optimistic and friendly personality. She got along easily with people and had friends from many different backgrounds. In 2019, after the passing of her father, Chelsea went through a long period of grief and emotional pain. For the first time, she no longer felt truly happy, and it became a major turning point in her life.

Through SRT (Spiritual Response Therapy), Chelsea discovered how deeply her confidence issues and limiting beliefs had been affecting her life. Although everything appeared fine externally, deep down she realized she did not truly know herself or what she genuinely wanted in life. She had spent so much time trying to fit in and meet the expectations of others that she slowly lost connection with her own voice, desires, and identity. This became the beginning of Chelsea’s journey of self-awareness, healing, and learning how to truly love herself. She learned to face her fears, reconnect with her inner voice, understand her emotions, and listen to both her heart and body. With the help of SRT, Chelsea experienced profound shifts in both her healing journey and personal growth. Today, Chelsea is passionate about helping others reconnect with their true selves, gain clarity during uncertain times, and move forward with greater confidence and self-trust.
